This process involves removing the moisture from the flowers and replacing it with a glycerin-based solution that preserves the flowers' natural beauty for an extended period of time.

No. For optimal appearance, please do not take the flowers out of the box. During the creation of each custom floral arrangement, the flowers are meticulously placed within the box. Removing them will damage your arrangement.

Do not water your arrangement. Avoid extreme cold, heat and humidity. Keep out of direct sunlight and light sources. If your arrangement becomes dusty, you may use a light duster to remove the dust off of your arrangement. Flowers should remain upright in their box avoiding contact with  furniture.

All of our arrangements are handmade, so please note that it may take 2-3 business day to create and pack your order for shipping.

We offer nationwide shipping for all of our arrangements! We use Fedex, UPS and USPS Priority mail for all orders placed on our website.

Because every single bouquet is custom created, Le Panier De Fleurs does not accept returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. Should there ever be a problem with your order upon arrival, please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos attached.
