Our flowers carefully preserved and will maintain their beauty for years to come. Please follow our care recommendations:

• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
• Do not water flowers, this will cause damage
• Keep the flowerst in a room-temperature environment.
• Do not remove the flowers from a container, they are meant to stay in there
• Don't allow flowers to have direct contact with light colored fabric or surfaces, as staining may occur.
• If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.

Shipping & Delivery

Each of our arrangements is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a truly bespoke experience. Please allow 1–2 weeks for design and preparation prior to dispatch.

For clients located within 20 miles of Brick, New Jersey, we offer a white-glove hand delivery service. Your arrangement will be personally delivered with the utmost care, preserving its beauty and presentation from our studio to your space.

For all other locations, orders are securely shipped via FedEx or UPS. Every arrangement is thoughtfully packaged using premium materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in every arrangement we create.

Damages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We are committed to providing a seamless, worry-free resolution and will promptly make it right.
